MANSHOWR PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We make one thing and we make it right. If a Manshowr product shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it. No interrogation.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects, damaged packaging, missing or short-count sachets, and wrong product shipped. Covered for 30 days from the delivery date.

What's not covered

Normal use. These are single-use wipes. Once you've used one, it's used. We also can't cover product bought from unauthorized resellers, or product damaged after delivery by heat, freezing, or storage outside the sealed sachet.

How to make a claim

Email support@manshowr.com with your order number, where you bought it, and a photo of the product and packaging. We'll come back to you within two business days.

A note on skin

Manshowr is a cosmetic product for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If you get irritation, stop using it and talk to a doctor. If you know you're sensitive to menthol, eucalyptus oil, or any listed ingredient, check the full ingredient list on the box before you buy.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate. Made of 100% plant-based viscose (rayon).
